Pizza with Garlic, Arugula, and Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup (250 g) diced canned tomatoes, with juice
- 3 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces (60 g) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or shredded
- Salt
- 1 Large black olive
- Fresh basil leaves, torn if large
- Small bunch baby arugula (rocket) leaves
- 2 Ounces (60 g) Parmesan cheese, shaved
- Cracked Pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 450 F
- Stretch doughball as per instructions on bag
- Spread the tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving 1/2 inch (1 cm) border all around
- Top with garlic and mozzarella
- Season with Salt
- Place the olive in the center
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown
- Top with basil, arugula, and Parmesan. Season with cracked pepper
- Serve hot and Enjoy!!!
